Willem F. Jonckheer received his B.A. degree from
Colgate University in 1990. He was awarded his J.D. degree in 1995 from
the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been a law intern
with the Pacific Stock Exchange and the U.S. Securities & Exchange
Commission. Mr. Jonckheer was admitted to the State Bar of California in
1995.
